As Lead Designers we take the role of managing and coordinator the entire design process for your project. With our design partners within Structural as well as MEP design, we deliver full design and construction supervision for your project.
In consultation and agreement with you we tender out and contract main contractors for construction stage and support during handover after completion of construction.
We provide architectural design during concept stage, planning permission, detailed design and as-built stage of your project.
In collaboration with our Structural Engineers and MEP Engineers partners, we can deliver full design services for projects in the residential, health, commercial and industrial sector.
All design services are provided using BIM methodology and technology.
Our feasibility studies range from existing Site and Asset Analysis including potential development concepts, cost estimation and prognosis.
We thoroughly examine the site and/or asset conditions, prepare a development concept showing the development idea in 3D and a full report of the development potential and cost estimate.
